These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NumisBazaar platform. By creating an account, browsing the website, purchasing, selling, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.

1. About NumisBazaar

NumisBazaar is an online marketplace that provides a platform allowing independent sellers to display, promote and sell coins, banknotes, antiquities and other collectibles directly to buyers.

NumisBazaar is not the seller, not the buyer, not the owner of listed items, and not a party to transactions between users.

Each seller operates independently and is solely responsible for all products, listings, pricing, shipping, customer service and legal obligations.

2. Independent Sellers

Every store on NumisBazaar is independently owned and operated.

NumisBazaar does not investigate, certify, endorse or guarantee any seller, business, individual or organization.

A seller may suspend operations, close their store, become inactive or cease doing business at any time without notice. NumisBazaar accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a seller's actions or failure to fulfill an order.

3. Authenticity of Items

NumisBazaar does not inspect, verify, authenticate or guarantee the authenticity, origin, attribution, condition, grading or historical accuracy of any item listed on the platform.

All descriptions, images and representations are provided solely by the seller.

Buyers are fully responsible for conducting their own research before making a purchase.

Before purchasing an item, buyers are encouraged to:

• communicate directly with the seller;
• request additional photographs;
• request certificates or provenance documentation when available;
• verify the seller's return policy;
• verify shipping methods and insurance;
• ask any questions necessary to determine authenticity and condition.

NumisBazaar shall not be liable for counterfeit items, altered items, incorrectly attributed coins, inaccurate descriptions or grading disagreements.

4. Prices

All prices are determined solely by each seller.

NumisBazaar has no control over pricing and assumes no responsibility regarding market value or fair pricing.

5. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

NumisBazaar does not store customers' credit card numbers, debit card numbers, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal credentials or other payment information.

Payment processing occurs securely through the respective payment provider.

Funds are transferred directly to the seller according to the payment provider's policies.

NumisBazaar is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers.

6. Shipping

Each seller is solely responsible for:

• packaging;
• shipping;
• customs declarations;
• shipping costs;
• insurance;
• delivery times;
• tracking information;
• export regulations.

NumisBazaar does not ship any items.

NumisBazaar is not responsible for delayed shipments, damaged packages, lost packages, stolen packages, customs issues or failed deliveries.

Responsibility for shipping remains entirely between the buyer and the seller. If insurance is purchased, compensation is subject solely to the policies of the shipping carrier or insurance provider.

7. Returns and Refunds

Every seller may establish their own return, refund and cancellation policies.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing a purchase.

NumisBazaar is not responsible for refund decisions or return disputes.

8. User Galleries

Users may create private and public galleries.

Items placed in public galleries may be viewed by other users and visitors.

Users are responsible for any information they choose to make public.

Private galleries are intended only for the account owner and authorized users.

9. User Content

Users remain responsible for all photographs, descriptions, comments and other content they publish.

Users must not upload content that:

• infringes copyrights;
• violates trademarks;
• contains false information;
• contains illegal material;
• promotes fraud;
• promotes hate or discrimination.

NumisBazaar reserves the right to remove any content without notice.

10. Comments and Community Conduct

Users must communicate respectfully.

Harassment, threats, abusive language, hate speech, discrimination, defamation, impersonation or illegal content are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in:

• removal of content;
• account suspension;
• permanent account termination;
• reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Marketplace Disclaimer

NumisBazaar only provides the technical platform that connects buyers and sellers.

NumisBazaar does not:

• own listed items;
• inspect products;
• negotiate transactions;
• participate in contracts;
• guarantee delivery;
• guarantee authenticity;
• guarantee seller performance;
• guarantee buyer performance.

The purchase agreement exists solely between the buyer and the seller.

12. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account credentials.

Any activity performed under an account is deemed the responsibility of the account owner.

13. Intellectual Property

The NumisBazaar name, logo, website design and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy or reproduce website content without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumisBazaar, its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

• purchases;
• sales;
• counterfeit items;
• inaccurate descriptions;
• grading disagreements;
• lost shipments;
• damaged shipments;
• customs delays;
• fraud committed by users;
• payment disputes;
• business interruption;
• data loss;
• seller inactivity.

Users assume all risks associated with buying and selling through the platform.

15. Suspension or Termination

NumisBazaar may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
